Commission structure

How Commission Is Split

We believe in supporting you from day one with a buddy system and fair commission splits.

During Training

60/30

When you start, you'll be paired with an experienced agent who will guide you through your first sales. During this period, commission is split 60/30 in your favour.

Your buddy provides hands-on support while you learn the ropes.

Going Independent

70/30

Once you feel confident to work independently, your commission split increases to 70/30 in your favour.

You decide when you're ready to go it alone.

How Commission Is Calculated

Commission is calculated after any costs associated with the sale of the holiday have been deducted. This includes booking fees, credit card fees, and VAT. Once these have been accounted for, the remaining commission is split according to your current rate.

Building Sustainable Income

The real value of being a Resort Expert comes from building lasting client relationships.

Build Over Time

Your earnings grow as you build your client base and reputation. Many experts see significant growth in their second and third years.

Referrals

Happy clients refer friends and family, creating a natural growth engine for your business without additional marketing costs.

Repeat Bookings

Clients who trust your expertise return year after year, providing predictable recurring income.

Repeat clients are key

Trust turns into recurring income.

Repeat clients often become the most valuable part of a travel business. When clients trust your expertise, they return year after year and recommend you to others. This creates a sustainable business model that grows over time.

Your business

Earnings Match Your Effort

As an independent Resort Expert, your earnings are directly tied to the effort you put in. Some experts treat this as a part-time income alongside other work, while others build it into a full-time business.

The flexibility is yours. You decide how many clients to take on, which destinations to focus on, and how much time to invest in growing your business.

What Affects Your Earnings

  • Number of clients you work with
  • Average booking value
  • Types of travel products booked
  • Client retention and referrals
  • Time invested in your business
  • Marketing and networking efforts

The figures shown are real examples of bookings and the resulting commission shares at the 70/30 rate. They are illustrative only and do not represent guaranteed income. Your actual earnings will depend on the number and value of bookings you make, your effort, and market conditions.
